We were thrilled to be recently published on Bride Link! The Gilded Gown was selected to provide the perfect bridal gown for a recent wedding photo shoot held at The Standard, a distinctive event space in the heart of downtown Knoxville, beautifully styled by Lindsey Mae Designs and photographed by Blush Creative Photography.
The creative force behind the shoot, Lindsey had a clear idea of what kind of wedding she wanted: “When coming up with a vision for our styled shoot I wanted to create something that was different than most shoots you see this season! The Standard was the perfect venue with the natural wood floors & the vintage walls. When my ideas started coming together I was looking outside the boxes of normal flowers to find what would come in shades of purple.”
Lindsey, along with her co-vendors, produced a stunning tableaux of dark wood, lush greenery, pops of silver, succulents, all shades of purple and DONUTS! Heck yeah!!!
Here’s a close up of the lovely, lovely hand-crafted donuts provided by Makers Donuts in Knoxville, TN. Lindsey wanted to find a fun alternative to a traditional wedding cake, and she nailed it with these blueberry confections!
An abundant swag of greenery coupled with two rustic signs, transforms simple folding chairs into a stunning focal point.
Romance and whimsy abound in the beautifully colorful styled wedding. We adore how Lindsey utilized bold blues, plums, lavender, combined with both modern and vintage details and lush florals to bring her vision to life. From the wood floors to the vintage walls, natural elements and purple details make this shoot an absolute dream! This spectacular tablescape incorporates all the elements in a stunning way.

The adorable couple! The groom is dressed to the nines by Prestige Tuxedo and, of course, the gorgeous bride wears a stunning English Net ballgown (designed by Sweetheart) with a darling net handkerchief layered skirt from The Gilded Gown. Oh, and that AMAZING bouquet is all thanks to Echelon Florist:
