Beautiful Gilded Gown bride Bailey shared some sweet details from her gorgeous outdoor wedding with us. She said “I do,” to her handsome groom Austin in a fairytale ceremony on a beautiful farm in Tennessee.
In The Moment
She says, “This was a day that was absolutely magical. Although rain was in the area, God cleared the clouds for us. We had just enough time to have our outdoor ceremony and get the pictures we needed. This was such a fun time and a great way to escape all the craziness in the world and just be in the moment around all our family and friends.”
Bailey’s favorite moments from the day were so precious. She explains, “I loved getting the opportunity to honor my grandfather by being able to do a special first look and dance with him to honor the strong bond we share. He is my male role model and I couldn’t imagine not having his direction in my life. I also loved that our wedding was so heartfelt and that we got to make our family so important. Plus, being in the middle of a pandemic this was the one day we could escape and be in a fairytale.”
Bailey chose her lovely delicate spaghetti strap wedding dress with a lace bodice, a beaded sash, and a ballgown skirt from The Gilded Gown. “Thank you so much for helping me find my dress for our special day. It was absolutely stunning and everyone complimented me on it.” Our favorite part? Bailey told us, “I even got my husband to cry at the altar!”
We always say, “Details make the day!” And Bailey took special care to make sure every detail of her wedding day was perfect, from her dress to the location and everything in between:
We’re pretty crazy about her wedding shoes. The pop of color is perfect!
Bailey and Austin wanted a special place to exchange their vows. They found the best venue: The Homeplace at Johnston Farms. This is a breathtaking destination near Greeneville, TN with majestic mountain views set on acres and acres of rolling farmland. And it was flawless!
Talented photographer Holly Michon was on hand to capture all the joyous moments beautifully.
Florist Jessica Smith made the prettiest arrangements featuring roses, berries, and sprigs of lush greenery.
Their naked wedding cake was a picture of rustic elegance. And we can’t help noticing that the couple provided cupcakes for both the vanilla AND the chocolate lovers in their group.
The stunning bridesmaids were a vision of loveliness in their gowns from Always the Bridesmaid in Bristol, TN. And the guys were super cute in their chinos and blue shirts.
Please join us in wishing this sweet young couple every happiness in their future together. We want to thank our special bride Bailey for sharing her gorgeous wedding with us and also for shopping with us for her dress.
“I want to thank Gilded Gown so kindly for the service to us and the amazing ladies who work there to make the whole process of finding my dream dress so easy. Thank you again so much!” -Bailey
